Dual-core Processors

Centrality provides a family of dual-core processors dedicated to the Navigation Infotainment Systems: Atlas II™, Atlas III™ and Titan™. Because our dual-core processors are specifically designed for navigation infotainment, the GPS is integrated on the chip, providing breakthrough GPS performance while achieving lower cost. Additionally, our dual-core technology provides hardware acceleration for key Navigation Infotainment features such as video, music and 3D-navigation. Centrality’s processors offer best-in-class navigation experience. Our family of processors aim at complete ranges of solutions from entry-level to high end. All processors integrate hardware GPS functionality with unequalled TTFF (time-to-first-fix), ultra high accuracy tracking in urban canyons, under tinted windshields, and deep inside tunnels.

While the Atlas™ family focuses on high performance value solutions (enhanced map response, very fast POI search and route calculation), Centrality’s Titan™ processor is designed for the highest end solutions, with full multimedia (MPEG-2 and MPEG-4), enhanced 3D-rendering for navigation, and even better GPS performance thanks to its GPS V5 technology.
